VALVES
GLASS-LINED VALVES  The standard glass-lined valves are designed for use as cut-off means or high
corrosive, abrasive, adhesive, fluids and gas either in pipelines or directly
connected to the vessels.
The valve body is internally glass-lined; the cone, also glass-lined, closes against
a glass-fibre reinforced PTFE seat.
The valves are manually or pneumatically operated. In the last case an emergency
hand-wheel is provided. DESIGN DATA - Nominal pressure: PN 10÷40 (as function of DN) or ANSI 150#
- Temperature: -25/+200 °C
GLASS-LINING
Glass-lining is done with Duravit 258.

TEST AND INSPECTION OF THE GLASS LINING - Visual inspection
- Thickness check of the coating
- Statiflux (electrified particle test)
- Spark test to ISO 2746:
- at 20.000 V immediately after glass-lining
- at 12.000 V prior to shipment
