HEAT EXCHANGERS TBO

 

The TBO series is a range of glass-lined heat exchangers, characterised by a high ratio of
heat transfer surface to volume, that permits a large heat exchange surface area to be housed
in a much smaller space than was previously possible.

 

   FIELD OF APPLICATION


The TBO heat exchanger is well suited for a very wide variety of uses: heat exchange without
change of phase, evaporation and condensation.

 

   HEAT TRANSFER SURFACE


1.76 to 40 m2.

 

   DESIGN DATA

 

  • Pressure (in tubes and shell):-1 to 6 bar.
  • Temperature (in tubes and shell): -25 to +200°C.

 


Pressures and temperatures outside the above limits can be provided for on request.
Depending on the calculation codes, extension of the pressure and temperature ranges are
possible without changes in design.
