ACO PIPING

 

   CONSTRUCTIONAL DESIGN


The series are made up of standard interchangeable components.
For each component the jacketed execution is available.
From schematic diagrams supplied our Engineering Services can design complete
piping lay-outs, using glass-lined components of ACO series.
Special piping components or nominal diameter over 300 are available on request.

                            

   DESIGN DATA 

 

  • Design pressure: D1/+25 bar (as function of DN)
  • Design temperature: -25/+200 °C

 

   CONSTRUCTION TOLERANCES


Acc. to DIN 2873.


Tighter tolerances on request.

 

   NOZZLES


Flanges to DIN 2501 PN 10-40.


The glass-lined nozzles are complete with loose backing split flanges to DIN 28150.
Other flange standards (ANSI, BS, etc.) are supplied on request.

 

   GASKETS


PTFE envelope design with stainless steel insert for the glass-lined nozzles.

 

   GLASS-LINING  


Glass-lining is done with Duravit 258.
Other glass types on request.

   TEST AND INSPECTION OF THE GLASS-LINING

 

  • Visual inspection*
  • Thickness check of the coating*
  • Statiflux (electrified particle test)*
  • Spark test to ISO 2746:
    • at 20.000 V immediately after glass-lining
    • at 12.000 V prior to shipment
